In Certificate IV In Strata Community Management course, students acquire a range of essential communication, coordination, management, and administration skills which is vital for a professional strata manager. In most situations, a strata manager works independently but may operate as a part of a strata community management team. Here, students get to execute all functions related to the administration of strata communities.

The students can discuss this with an Assessor at the College who can provide an Evidence Guide that gives the details of the types of evidence that they need to provide for the Units of Competency for which they intend to apply for RPL for their strata license.
